David’s Story

David came from humble beginnings, and after years of training, research, and preparation, he set his heart on launching a church in 2024. But after walking through a painful divorce, that dream felt dead. For three years, David poured himself into studying church growth, team development, and building leaders, drawing from more than two decades of ministry experience.

Then God shifted his path. While connecting with a pastor in Norfolk, Virginia, David sensed the Lord speak clearly: “Give it away.” Instead of launching his own church, he began consulting and coaching, equipping that ministry to experience supernatural growth.

What David discovered was a new passion—helping pastors and churches align their teams, strengthen culture, and multiply their mission. Today, through Team Code and leadership coaching, David empowers ministries to thrive by turning volunteers into vision-carriers and building teams that last.
